How renting works
Request, approval and pick-up, step by step.
- A surfer finds a board under Rent board, picks the dates and presses Reserve.
- The host (the shaper, brand or surfer who rents out the board) gets the request and approves or declines it.
- After approval, surfer and host agree on pick-up, payment and any deposit, for example in the chat.
- The surfer rides the board and brings it back on the agreed day.
Prices on Surf Neutral are per day, and they are the host's own price. You can request a board for up to 7 days.
Surf Neutral shows which boards are for rent and passes on your request. We don't take payments and we are not part of the rental. Surfer and host agree on payment, deposit, pick-up and return themselves. See What to agree with the host.
