Should I sign up as a surfer, shaper or brand?
The three account types and what each one can do.
You choose an account type when you sign up. You can add the other features later from your profile.

Surfer is for anyone who rides boards. Shaper is for people who build boards: you get the factory and the QR codes. Brand is for surf brands and shops that sell or rent boards they didn't shape themselves.
Every shaper and brand is also a surfer. You switch between the two views with Manage Mode and Surfer Mode, see Surfer view and manage view.
Signed up as a surfer and now want the shaper or brand tools? Go to My Profile and press Enable Shaper Features or Enable Brand Features.
