Board Story: Glen D’Arcy, one of South Africas well known surfboard shapers visited Jeffreys Bay for the first time in 1970 surfing a 6”6’ shortboard, diamond tail sigle fin shaped by Darryl Holmes. He loved it so much that he decided to move to Jeffreys Bay about 10 year later.

Glen started the Seaflight label with David Lipschitz followed by Surf and Sail (The Aloa logo) and Glen D’Arci Surfdesign, his own label as from 1990.
This is a board from the mid 80s early 90s, Glen D’Arcy was doing Jeffreys Bay Surf and Sail together with Kenny Freeland when he came back from Australia.
