Let's get to know the man behind the masterpiece – Chris Johnson! 🤘

From the surf haven of Cape May, New Jersey, this 43-year-old legend began shaping boards for himself and friends in the early 2000s. His passion led him to Maui, where he learned from the best in the business. Now back on the East Coast, Chris is a full-time shaper, having crafted over 1000 boards, each 100% hand-shaped with love. His inspiration? The thrill of riding his first brand-new board – talk about a stoke-inducing moment!

Chris doesn't just shape; he also handles the glassing, using his favourite material, PU, to create these premium custom surfboards. So, if you're looking to ride the waves in style, The Method by Zealot Surfboards is your ticket to surf nirvana!
